He combines deep technical expertise with a rare ability to translate complex innovations into compelling visions for executives and delivery teams. Antony has been hands-on in multiple enterprise digital transformation programs, guiding the adoption of advanced platforms and immersive technologies. At eXReality.AI, he is pioneering the next frontier: Physical AI and Spatial Computing, embedding intelligent guidance directly into frontline workflows. His vision is to make AI an active, indispensable participant in how work gets done across industries.

Professor Nalin Kanth is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive experience in both chemical engineering and biotechnology. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at SSN College of Engineering. His career includes key professorial and leadership roles at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, alongside prestigious post-doctoral fellowships at Johns Hopkins University and UCLA. His research is centered on nanobiotechnology, stem cell engineering, and encapsulation technologies. With a background that also includes industry experience at Reliance Industries and research at the Air Force Research Laboratory, he brings a unique blend of academic and applied expertise.
